The City of Collinsville is accepting applications for seasonal and year-round part-time Concession Workers to work at Gateway Convention Center!

We are looking for committed individuals who can provide excellent customer service while selling, preparing, and serving food items and beverages to patrons of the City of Collinsville's Concession Locations. Concession workers will also assist with inventory rotating and stocking, as well as performing daily opening and closing duties of the concession stands.

Seasonal (mid-April through mid-September with hiring and training beginning as early as December). Year-round position begins at time of hire.

You must be able to work staggered shifts, to include evenings, weekends, and holidays, BUT we can be flexible with scheduling!

Minimum Qualifications

• 16 years of age or older at the time of hire
• Certified as a ServSafe Food Handler or can gain certification by start date
• Able to accurately count money

Preferences

• Familiar with money handling and customer service
• Bilingual in Spanish
• CPR Certified or the ability to achieve certification by start date
• Able to work in hot, cold, wet and/or other unpleasant outdoor conditions
• Able to work in a loud, fast-paced environment

Pay Rate

This position has an hourly rate of $15.00 per hour.
