The Site Supervisor at Willoughby Farm works with the afterhours rentals to ensure proper care of Willoughby Farm as well as address the needs of the rental customers. The Site Supervisor will work independently. The Site Supervisor will meet with the rental customers to ensure their rental is handled properly including the clean up at the end of the shift. Duries will include conversations with the public and providing excellent customer service. The Site Supervisor will also help maintain safety and cleanliness throughout the park.

Minimum Qualifications

• 16 years of age or older
• Familiarity with group rentals, and customer service
• Ability to adapt quickly
• Individuals who are team-oriented with a positive, can-do attitude
• Ability to ensure rules are followed and to troubleshoot minor incidents that may occur

Preference

Familiarity with the supervision and operation of Willoughby Farm, farm animals, registration, and POS software.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to walk, run, stand, sit and complete a variety of motor skills
• Ability to walk and/or stand on concrete for the majority of your shift

Pay Rate

This position is $15.00 per hour.
